Specific Contribution to Research in BattleX

Complete the available annotation for every protein involved in the enzymatic reactions from the human part of HuSh.

Most enzymatic reactions found in the human part of HuSh are already associated to proteins, either via full experimental evidence, or based on similarity to what was found in other organisms. For these proteins, our goal is to validate these associations, and/or to determine the experimental parameters needed for proper modelling. Still, some enzymatic reactions do lack protein association. We aim at proposing candidate proteins to fill these pathway holes, and providing experimental evidence of their biological function.
